7 Oct 2023 Basic Pistol Class - Open Registration

$75.00

  • The Basic Pistol Class is for those who want to get their Concealed Carry Permit and for those who want a refresher course on the basics of handgun safety, marksmanship techniques and concealed carry laws in Virginia. 
  • Students will need to bring their pistol and 20 rounds of ammo. Class will begin at 9am and end at approx. 2pm. Classes are held at Pathfinders. 
  • Bring unloaded Pistols and magazines into the classroom.
  • AMMO must be left in the car. 

4 November 2023- Basic Pistol Class - Open Registration

$75.00

Fall 2023- NRA Personal Protection in the Home Course - Open registration

$100.00

  • We need 5 students to register in order to schedule the class. 
  • This course builds on the basic pistol class. It is for those who want to learn how to protect themselves and their families in their home. 
  • Students will need to bring their pistol and 100 rounds of ammo, eye and ear protection. Class will begin at 9am and end at approx. 5pm. Classes are held at Pathfinders
  • Bring unloaded Pistols and magazines into the classroom.
  • AMMO must be left in the car. 

Fall 2023- Basic AR-15 Class - Open Registration -

$100.00

  • Sign up now to let us know you are interested. We will need to register five (5) students in order to schedule the class. 
  • This course is a basic rifle course for AR-15 platforms only.  
  • It is for those who want to learn how to disassemble, assemble, zero and shoot the AR-15 using iron sights. 
  • Students will fire the Army 25 meter alternate qualification course.
  • Students will need to bring their rifle, 60 rounds of ammo, and eye and ear protection. Class will begin at 9am and end at approx. 3 pm.

Personal Protection in the Home

$100.00

You must have completed the Pathfinders Basic Pistol Class to take this class. Contact Pathfinders for more Information. Minimum requirements: Complete the Basic Pistol Class, have a pistol and 100 rounds of ammunition, eye and ear protection. This is an 8 hour class.

Personal Protection Outside the Home

$125.00

You must have completed the Pathfinders Basic Pistol Class and the Personal Protection in the Home Class to take this Class. You will need a pistol, a concealed carry garment, eye and ear protection, and 200 rounds of ammunition Contact Pathfinders for more Information. 

Basic AR-15 Course

$125.00

This class will include basic information about the AR-15, assembly and disassembly, safety, zeroing, and range operations. You will need an AR type platform, eye and ear protection, and 60 rounds of ammunition. 

Advanced Classes are scheduled after pathfinders has received registrations from 5 potential students.
